Rediscovered Love.

I was browsing You Tube today and I rediscovered one of my favourite lost tunes... Words cannot describe how I feel about this song...Give it a listen and definitely support these phenomenal artists and buy this and any of their other beautiful music. Literally so much love for this song. Deep as it gets peoples...

Top: Netsky.
Bottom: Mutated Forms.

Two thirds Estonian and one third Brummy Mutated forms have become one of my personal favourite D'n'B producers. Netsky, an individual producer who has been signed by Hospital Records, rarely disappoints to the degree where his records have become ridiculously over played by myself and therefore lose the original fucking wow factor they had. Nevertheless both acts have definitely established some serious ground this year and I cannot wait to see how they attack 2011.

Most of my friends and mates generally don't share my passion for DnB/Dubstep and the couple I have managed to convert pretty much aren't 18 yet...

Being as keen as I am I went to an event night in Nottingham about 2 months ago by myself..Yep. Seriously glad I did mind. Unforgettable night with the likes of Andy C, Cyantific, Nero and 16bit and quite a few more!

Anyway on the 28th of January I have the choice of going to either Hospitality in Sheffield or Detonate at Nottingham. I genuinly love the look of both and there's next to no chance I'll be missing out! The line-up for each follows.

Detonate Nottingham:

Ramadanman presents Pearson Sound
Coki (dmz)
The Prototypes
dRamatic & dbAudio
Transit Mafia
MC's Lowqui, Maveric, Freestyle, Ruthless

Detonate & Hospitality Sheffield:

High Contrast
Nu Tone
More TBC

Fuck Yeah :D <3

So This is it 2011

There's no doubt in my mind that 2010 was a huge year for me in terms of how Drum & Bass has taken an lasting grip on my day to day and, perhaps more importantly, my day to night life. It's the 15th of January and I'm already buzzing for some of the biggest D'n'B events to date. I have loved D'n'B as a genre for roughly 2 and a half years now and I would say that this is likely to be the first year which I can say I'm diving into with full enthusiasm and excitement for a diverse and growing culture of music. Bring it the fuck on! :]
